I stopped in this area for a trail lunch and noted a very different shaped xenolith. If you get close to the posted coordinates you should easily identify the Alien Head shaped xenolith. If you are standing where you can clearly see the Alien Head just do an about face an you should see a noble fir about 15 ft high or more, that might be a good place to begin your search.
