The cache is dedicated to the well known public initiative called The Last Address.
The underlying idea of the initiative is to revive the people’s memory of the innocent victims of Stalin’s repressive state. In fact, this intention in realized by attaching of a small plaque with the victim’s name on the wall of the house where the person used to live just before or at the time of arrest – so that this place became actually the last civil address – before the arrested victim perished somewhere in GULAG.
The initiative developed gradually as the enthusiasts and relatives searched and discovered the facts, details, archived documents including, ultimately, the last address. By one, two or several, the plaques were appearing on the walls of city buildings, village houses – wherever was the place where the normal life of the victim was interrupted once and forever as the gates of hell were opened for him by the Communist regime.

When you visit the location, a couple of such plaques can be seen on the building wall. Find them and read.
To get the container, you need to go round the corner of the building, then once again round the corner.
Strongly recommend to be careful with the muggles around.
