Orchards are a place for wildlife throughout the year. In the spring, the blossom provides nectar for the bees. In summer, the branches provide shelter for nesting birds, and in the autumn and winter there are apples available for birds and mammals to feed on when times get hard.
Whilst you are here today, why not, as an optional task if you have the time, have a little look around, and see if you can spot any wildlife, birds, butterflies or other insects. There are also many different types of trees here, not to mention a large variety of local native apples.
Welcome to The Celebration Orchard.

This is a nano cache located within the orchard, which is a hidden oasis that very few people know about. Please note that you can only access this cache from the sport field entrance. Please do not climb over any gates. The orchard is open 24 hours a day, and is part of a public pathway.
