At the posted coordinates there is a checkerboard sign. Count the number of black squares. This will be A.
Calculate: B = 11A + 100 and C = 60A + 26.
Now subtract B/1000 from the posted north coordinates, and add C/1000 to the posted west coordinates.
This will get you to the cache.
