Welcome to the Hammond Pond PEST REST! This cache is similar to a Bug Motel, and can be used for the exchange or placement of Travel Bugs.

*****SNOW ACCESSIBLE? ABSOLUTELY! as per the new hiding spot!!****** The Hammond Pond PEST REST is like a rest stop for Travel Bugs. If you want to get rid of that travel bug you've been holding onto for do darn long, or just exchange some or take one or leave one to help them on their journey, this is the place to be. Close to anyone travelling along Rt 9,p Beacon St, Comm Ave aka Rt 30, this is a good spot to do some exchanging. This cache has a new hiding spot since 1/1/2004, so any of you cachers that have been here before, please take note. Please do not leave normal cache goodies, here is a list of what can be left/traded/picked up:
