I don't want to permanently alter this cache, but due to current restrictions, stage 2 is unavailable to the caching public (or anyone else, for that matter) So, to keep it "in play," Stage 1 will temporarily get you the find. Please come back and visit when restrictions are lifted and you can once again enter the beautiful hiding place for Stage 2. It will be worth the trip!

Enter only through the lower parking entrance, exit through the top. You should not approach the building unless you are scheduled to be there. This will not affect your ability to find the cache, though outside muggle activity may be higher than normal, so be stealthy!

Where can one go to travel the world without ever leaving your seat? You'll find stage one of this cache nearby just such a place. We have just recently celebrated the first anniversary of our brand new building, so it seeemed like the perfect time to honor this auspicious occassion by giving this place, frequently refered to as "the Last Bastion of Democracy," a cache of its very own. Parking is plentious, and there is plenty to do in the area to entertain everyone from young to old. Though the first stage is little, the final stage has plenty of room for swag and trackables. If you forget a pen, no worries! There are plenty to be found nearby. Be EVER so careful to watch for muggles, they can be plentious at times. Also don't forget, if you take something, leave something.
You may have seen similar hides, but there's a little bit of a twist to this one, as you will soon find out! Stage one is available at all times. Stage two is available Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:30 to 7, Thursday from 3 to 7, Friday 11:30 to 6:00 and Saturday 11:15 AM to 3:00 PM only. It is not available on Sunday, Monday or major holidays.
The folks that keep this location running are inordinately proud of this hide so after making the find, please stop at the desk and let them know you were there!
