The cache is not at the posted coordinates. To locate the final you must first get the coordinates of WP1 and WP2. Both waypoints are virtual, nothing is hidden there. To get the exact coordinates you need to go to each waypoint. However, approximate coordinates can be had without as much work and with some creative thinking they might just work.

Final is at latitude of WP1, longitude of WP2.
However you arrive at the final coordinates make sure they satisfy the conditions below:
