The winding, narrow, shop-lined street of Qinglongfang connects the Huale Lu area to Xianlie Lu. It's a shared street with motor vehicles, though pedestrian dominated, and could do with a heavy dose of traffic calming.
Vendor stands selling newspapers and other items used to be ubiquitous but have now mostly gone the way of printed newspapers and payments in cash.
This cache was originally attached to a utility box, but that was demolished in 2021. The nearby newspaper stand was shut down, but the shop-lined street made searching difficult. The new location can be tricky to access, and is best approached from the west.
