The Taojin Bei Community know what they want. And it is: ground floor active streetfronts and non-residential uses, fully or near-fully pedestrianized streets, public access rather than gated perimeters, and an interesting and attractive environment to walk around. Which makes for a great area for geocaching. The area also manages to intersperse schools and a swimming pool which the cache is nearly underneath. Makeshift bollards and other measures have been aggressively applied to ensure that motor vehicle access is generally possible, but not convenient, and forget about driving through the interior streets.
