Driving home from the Albuquerque Balloon Festival, I saw this. At first glance, I thought that it was an airplane landing. It was pointed into the wind. I don't recall ever seeing an aircraft used as a Wind Tee. K17 is the FAA designator for the Montezuma airport. Do not go inside of the fence on Airport property. Geocache is not on the airplane or windsock! After you find and log this, please put it back where you got it. Have Fun!!
