Old Bethel Cemetery was established in 1825. The land for the church and cemetery was donated by the Jinks family in April of that year. There are many old graves in the cemetery and outside the fence at the rear of the cemetery there are numerous unmarked graves presumed to be slave graves.
The cache is NOT in the cemetery; it is on private property adjacent to the cemetery. Permission for placement of this cache was given by the property owner. BYOP. Parking is available at the pull-off for the cemetery. Tweezers may or may not be helpful. FTF gets pirate gold! Congrats to playa4real FTF!
