This is a simple Multi-Geocache, to get you out and about. We have great weather, most of the time, so let's get outside and enjoy it! This cache is made up of an additional waypoint
STARTING POINT
At the listed co-ordinates, outside the property, look through the fence and take note of the wooden sign. This was hand-made, over 40 years ago, by one of this Scout Group's Springbok Scouts.
To get to the next waypoint, look at the word in the middle, starting with "B" and ending with "N" and let B=1; R=2; Y=3, A=4, N=5, S=6, T=7, O=8, N=9. Then calculate the co-ordinates by substituting:
S 26 04.(RBA) E 28 02.(BRT)
Put these new co-ordinates into your gps or Geocaching App and navigate to them.
WAYPOINT 1
At this point, look across the road. You will see a large, thick pole that is painted a dull, brick red. On it is a sign with a yellow background. On this sign is a number. You need to use this number and your maths skills, to work out the final co-ordinates.
Work out the following sums: Let the X be the number from the pole.
S 26° 4.(230+X) E 28° 2.(074-X)
These are your final co-ordinates - now go and find the container!
FINAL HIDING PLACE
Follow the co-ordinates to the final hiding place. Be careful of your surroundings and make sure no muggles are watching you!
