Geocache Description:

Another multi cache in the "Early Settlers" series.

This cache will take you to a few of the oldest graves in the cemetery including one in particular I found to be quite cool.

To find the final you'll need to complete a few simple tasks.

Step 1: Find the grave of Colonel Daniel Tilden. This is a replacement marker, but even it is getting pretty hard to read. If you're having trouble finding it, it's the one that has a medallion in the top of the stone. Find the name of the GENERAL he served under in the war. Make note of this person's LAST NAME.

Stage 2: Find the grave of T. F. Young. This is another one that's difficult to read. T.F. Young and his wife Lydia Tilden (likely a relative of Colonel you found at the first stone) were born in the late 18th century. On the other side of their marker are the names of a few of their family members. Find the side with Clinton Young's name (born 1826). What year was his WIFE born?

Stage 3: Find the grave of Symonds Ryder. This one has held up quite a bit better than the last two. Symonds Ryder was a leader of the "Deciples Church" as the stone says until his death. Find his wife's FIRST name.

Now you'll need to enter the three pieces of information you've obtained into the checker below in the form NAMEYEARNAME. You will then be rewarded with the coordinates to find the final container and logbook.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
