The Village of Clayville, formerly called Paris Furnace, was incorporated in 1887. In the 1850s iron foundaries were an important industry in the area. This cache benefitted greatly from that industry! With a population of 350, this small town boasts a beautiful new 4-door fire department! I thought I would finish out my hides in the town of Clayville to be a trio. This was placed with permission from the Deputy Chief.
