Placed in conjunction with the annual Quackers Halloween event which is held in Riverside Park in Belleville.
This is a tribute geocache for local geocacher, Jiggs11 (Pete). Pete used to have a letterbox in this park however it is now retired. It was the first ever letterbox I found. The letterbox was titled "Fixie the Fairy". The clues and hide location have been copied direct from the old letterbox. Thanks for the fun Pete, enjoy the revisit.
To find the letterbox:
Navigate to the posted coordinates to find the Garden Club spot. Have a close look at that ornate sundial! Find Saggitarius, the Archer. Look on a line south from the sundial and Saggitarius. Find the blue spruce. Fixie is securely hidden at the base in the back. Watch those needles!
The stamp and marker are not trade items! Leave them in the cache.
Please use stealth when seeking this geocache. To ensure longeivity of the placement do not hunt for this cache if others are around. Once you find the geocache please replace the cache as found, or better. Keep it well covered.
