I’ve been driving by this thing for months upon months and can’t figure out why…it..is...here.
A closeup recon didn’t help at all. It looks like it has a light sensor, but there are no lights in the area for that sensor to, you know, light up. It also has its own power meter. It’s godawful ugly, but someone at some time took the effort to try to pretty it up - at least a little - by painting part of it green.
So… yeah.
