Welcome to South Mountain County Park! You are looking for an ammo can off the Long Path. This cache is right near the path, so no long bushwhacking is necessary. Parking is available on South Central Highway and off Route 45 at Gurnee County Park. For more information on the park and for a map, please go here. You don't need to listen too closely to hear the roar of leaf blowers, mowers, or if in the winter, snow blowers.
This cache has been approved by the Rockland County Division of Environmental Resources and bears the permit number 055.
