It's been a long time since I first heard of Yellow Creek. We've gone swimming there in the summer. It's also a place to sit and watch the river in the winter and maybe enjoy a picnic lunch.
Filling in the spaces between caches on Hwy 138. Cell service is spotty on Hwy 138; use an offline list if you're using your phone. Look for a small plastic container. Bring your own pen. Ample parking for one or two cars.
