We recently spent some time in Ross and did a few walks and bike rides in the area and further afield. One day we spent on the Ross to Ruatapu section of the West Coast Wilderness Trail, checking out caches along there as well as the scenery and history boards.
We figured we were close to an existing cache at this point and checked the GPS to see how far away it was. We were surprised that it was still far enough away for us to put down a cache here. A suitable spot was found then a container from our supplies provided.
Cache is a pill bottle so a pen is required. Please replace as found.
