RR X-ING Multi-Cache

This cache is temporarily unavailable.

gsix1966: Greetings,

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, because . The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Guidelines.

I've bookmarked this cache, and I will check back in two weeks or so to be sure that the maintenance has been done or at least a note posted here indicating your intentions. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can re-enable the listing. If no note is posted, I may be forced to archive the listing.

Thank you,

gsix1966

Geocache Description:

An easy cache, in a nicely manicured little park along the river, that's tucked into a busy corner of Battle Creek. (So well manicured that I was hesitant to put anything other than a micro, until I can find a suitable container.)**

Except for retrevial of the cache container, this hunt is completely wheelchair accessible. Walking distance from nearest parking is less than 1/4 mile (round trip).

At the posted coordinates, you will find a sculpture (which happens to hold the record as the world's LARGEST sculpture dedicated to this particular cause). Answer the following questions to solve for the decimal portions of the cache coordinates:

A = The length of the sculpture divided by twice its height.*

B = (The number of strings on the musical instrument in the sculpture) + 2

C = The number of buttons on the leading man's vest.

X = The numerical value of the 5th letter of the sculptor's last name (where a=1, b=2, etc.).

Y = The number of dogs that are included in the sculpture.

Z = The number of fingers that are touching the strings on the instrument mentioned in question 'B' above.

*Near the sculpture's descriptive plaque is a post with a button that activates an informational recording.

Cache coordinates: N42° 19.ABC W85° 10.XYZ

Note: This cache is not hidden near any operational railroad tracks, so there is no danger of causing concern by local authorities.

However, please use discretion during your search and retrieval, so as not to attract attention of passersby or expose the cache to discovery.
