Broadleaf Beacon Mystery Cache

This mystery cache will require you to visit the listed coordinates to gather some information before heading to the final.  Your adventure begins in a residential area.  You may park on the street, but exiting your vehicle is not necessary.  There is not a physical container here. 

The tool you'll need is fairly common.  Most people carry one in their pocket or purse.  Use this tool to find the signal, and a familiar code will be revealed (again without leaving the comfort of your vehicle).

Not so fast!  Some extra arithmetic is required.  Add .730 to the North and add .171 to the West. NOW you're ready.  Have fun!
