Geocache Description:

Placed for the 2019 DST event.

Port Arthur, Ontario was the first city in the world to formally adopt Daylight Savings Time on July 1st, 1908. Orillia, Ontario, would follow a couple years later. Much of the world would join in an attempt to conserve power during World War I. While countries and states have varied their usage of DST over the decades, Port Arthur remains the first bona fide DST location.

The cache final should be straightforward, but you'll have cover from only one direction- please us stealth. See the hint if you need a nudge.
