St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church was built around the 1860’s in a traditional Spanish/French missionary style. It was deconsecrated in 1963 and is now being restored with artifacts and historic documents of its early days. It is located in Rodey, a community formerly called El Colorado on the outskirts of Hatch, NM. The owner grants permission to visit the property during daylight hours.
