When I was a kid and lived at home, it was not uncommon that I would be camping somewhere, usually, most of the summer, alot of the early spring, late fall, and yes, even in the winter. Most regularly, Hord Lake, but alot of times, that Duck blind out in Platte River near Riverside Golf Club, and other odd places. I always found a way to get my tent, sleeping bag, and random camping gear to whatever place I wanted to go to, even if it meant I walked there. Looking back, I realize I was kind of a "die-hard" when it came to camping. At my, haha, "advanced age" I still love to go camping, I still tent it, and not bashful about location or weather, don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind having a camper, and do like these places that have the nice "amenities" but, to me, camping is still about getting away from all the luxuries of home and away from "civilization". Please leave this place as good, or better than how you found it, be cautious of muggles, as there could be many, depending when your out, and, HAVE FUN
