Quinnipiac River Trail: Wallingford is @ 3.9 mile moderately trafficked trail located along the Quinnipiac River and Community Lake and is paved and good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and road biking and is best used from April until November. Parking entrance is off Hall Av at N41 27.691 W72 49.994. **Nice, well maintained trail through the woods, scenic. You hear route 15 obviously but not to bad. Avoid late afternoon / dusk - abundant mosquitos - as in if you typically attract them...expect to be swarmed.**
