Geocache Description:

This is the home of the famous Hunter brothers.

William was born in 1718 and John in 1728. William attended the University of Glasgow and was appointed Physician Extraordinary to Queen Charlotte. John was made Surgeon Extraordinary to George III in 1771. The brothers worked together for some time but parted ways. This house was for some time the Hunter museum and is now a cafe.
