Pandebono is a Colombian cheese bread perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack. They can be found at Colombian bakeries and pair well with a hot cup of Colombian coffee.

Typically made from a recipe of corn flour, cassava, cheese, and eggs, the dough is shaped into balls which puff up in the oven. Twenty seconds in the microwave will warm these up nicely.
