Fun hike starting at Dierkes Lake parking lot. Cross the footbridge at the outlet of the lake, find the trail that goes West to "The Prow", jump off the main trail and head South into the canyon with the creek that flows out of the lake. You will be looking for an orange container marked "Troop 70 Geocache" It is about 12" tall x 4" diameter. After finding the Cache head farther West down the canyon to end up at the top of a small waterfall! Great way to see a part of Dierkes you have never seen before. Have fun, but be mindful of edges!
