The third horseman, who at the time was known as Wilhelm, managed to whisper a secret his daughter’s son, right before his death. Long ago he had lost a precious strongbox in a scuffle, which he had stolen from some old clergyman. In fact, he had fallen from a bridge, screaming, into a river, with his horse, the strongbox in his arms, but in his hurry to get out of the currents with his horse, he lost hold of the box. Even though his zealot of a grandchild wrote down every word of his forebear, he died of a cough before he could go and look for it. The writing, however, remained. Some years back, during renovation, they were found in some dirt floored cellar. The text was recently fully deciphered. The box has yet to be found though, and it’s possible that it lies near the bridge to this day.

The Last Relic is an Estonian cult classic, which won over the hearts of many Estonians straight after it's release. With it's humour, catchy music and fast-paced plot, the film remains a favourite to this day and is definitely worth watching.
There is another place worth checking out a couple of minutes by foot from the stone bridge. Ületammi cliff, which is more commonly known as Risbiter’s cliff after the film came out. There is also a campsite near, so why not stay to make food on a live fire?
