Bland annat vid stora event brukar det finnas tillfälliga cacher som kallas labs eller labcacher. Namnet var ursprungligen ämnat åt olika typer av experiment med nya cachetyper, men blev snart synonymt med just de tillfälliga cacherna vid Mega- och Gigaevent.
Den stora skillnaden mot vanliga cacher är att det inte finns någon loggbok i en gömma och ingen plats att skiva någon logg online. Istället ska man på något vis lista ut ett lösenord och ange online, numera kan det enbart ske med appen "Adventure labs".
Namnet har ändrats, så det vi ska vänja oss vid är "Adventure" eller "Adventure lab". Varje Adventure kan innehålla upp till 10 "Locations". Varje besökt "Location" motsvarar en logg.
Detta är en bonuscache vars koordinater du får om du besöker samtliga "Locations" i Adventure "Kalmar - Nordens huvudstad by Canonym", som består av fem olika "Locations".

At larger geocaching events there are usually temporary caches - lab caches. The name was originally meant to be used for experimenting with new cache types but was soon used almost exclusively for the temporary caches at Mega and Giga events.
The big difference between lab caches and regular caches is that there is no log book or container hidden at a lab cache. Instead you are supposed to find a password and enter that password on a website, nowadays in the app "Adventure Labs".
The name has also changed. The new name for these kind of caches is "Adventure" or "Adventure lab". Each Adventure contains up to 10 "Locations". Each location equals one log.
To get the coordinates for this bonus cache you need to visit all the locations in the Adventure "Kalmar - Nordens huvudstad by Canonym", which contains five locations.
