Crappy cache Traditional Cache

So I have a cache at a place where Donald gets its water from so I figured I should put a cache at a place where it ends up. This cache is interactive. When you find it you will also find the little tools you will need to do the cache hanging on the fence next to it.  First take off the top. What you must do to sign the log is move the container thats in the tube till it comes out the top.
