The given coordinates take you to a place where there is NOT a container hidden.  This is a two stage multicache.

You will be looking up above the place and you should see what you are looking for.  The title should help you.  There is a sign above the building and it has three words on it.  You need to figure out how many times certain letters occur in the three word title.  Once you do that, you will have your coordinates for the final!  Do not search for the final after dark.  Daytime hours only.
