Looking for a great place to fill up your camelback with ice-cold spring water? This is the place. Just south of Creede, you will find this small Bison near a natural spring that runs out of a pipe just off the side of Hwy 149. I have never in almost 50 years been by here when it was not flowing.
Depending on snowfall, winter could make this one pretty challenging.
You most likely will not have mobile connectivity at the location. Will have to drive about a mile closer to Creede to connect.
