This cache is located behind a community shopping center. It used to be the only site where one in the northern suburbs could bring trash to be recycled. It then became very popular when Silvano, a legendary Italian pizzaria owner in the 1990s who just disappeared after closing his pizzeria, returned to make pizza before disappearing again. This cache requires TOTT now since it's been replaced but please oh please don't shock yourself.
The center attracts all sorts and is thus deserving of a cache.
