The cache IS at the posted coordinates. However, to log as a find, you must fulfill the challenge requirements. You may sign the log at any time but may not claim a find until you have met the requirements. The difficulty here is for the challenge; the actual hide is a 1.5 difficulty.
The challenge is to find at least 5 caches of each difficulty rating (1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0), all of unknown/mystery type. You will need 45 caches to qualify for this challenge. The challenge checker below should allow you to quickly see whether you qualify.
