This series is in honor of great trombone players in music history.
We start our series with the great Bill Watrous, one of the greatest jazz trombonists ever. His style influenced many, including TromboneMan1. He was known for his humble, outgoing style and always seemed to have time to answer questions and help those seeking to further their musicality with the instrument. Born June 8, 1939, his father was also a trombonist. Bill passed away July 2, 2018. His work can easily be found online through iTunes, Spotify, YouTube and most certainly others.
