This cache is along a disused cycleway near the Freeway. It is a pleasant location for observing water birds because of the small lake.
The City of Stirling has strict regulations regarding the placement of caches and this complies in that it is close to an established pathway.

The cache is so named because of the very old host. It is a small sistema container and is suitable for small trackables. Parking is best along nearby Chieti Place.
