CAUTION – a moment’s carelessness could cause this cache to plunge into the depths, never to be seen again! Make sure you keep a firm grip on it, please.

Sometimes things don't pan out exactly as planned.  This location was "developed" a decade or so ago, only to languish with no further activity as homebuilding otherwise went on apace all over northwest Tucson.  Presumably some investor out there is still waiting for his dream to come true.  Sometimes life hands you lemons....  Anyhow, a smallish geocache, log, some Big Ope foreign coins and a stubby pencil.  Enjoy the find and the aromas from one of only two businesses gracing this location after all these years.
