This cache is at the head of one of the many trails leading into the Conner’s Lake Dog Park, which is also known as Conner’s Bog. This is a large park with numerous trails and generally surrounds Conner’s Lake, which is located north-northwest of this cache. Moose frequent the area, so pay attention and be careful. This is an off-leash dog park that can get quite crowded, though I have not seen many people using this particular trail head.
Although the cache is located a short distance from the road, the trail seems to be damp most of the time, and can be very wet, especially during break-up. Boots may be a good idea. The cache would certainly be easier to get to in the winter (with frozen ground), but depending on snowfall may not be easily available. You will need to bring your own pen or pencil.
Parking near the cache is limited, the closest parking is just across the street from some houses. I’m sure they are used to having people park to use the trail, but please be courteous and considerate of the people that live nearby.
