Cache is not at posted coordinates. Difficulty is based on needing to find the other nine caches and then solve puzzle.
Find the nine caches containing 27 numbers to fill the Sudoku puzzle. Then solve the puzzle. It will take about 30-45 minutes doing it by hand. Then use the marked values to find the final container. Final is at N 39 5K.0LM W 76 2X.Y0Z. You are given the zeroes and known parts of the coordinates.
When you approach groundzero, choose your approach carefully. There's a much less steep approach. I am not providing a checker. You should be able to determine whether you have a good answer. If not, ask me.
