The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates.

The posted co-ordinates are outside MODA (Museum of Design) and are also the start for an Adventure Lab cache called 'Midtown Arts and Culture'. To get the final co-ordinates simply complete the Adventure Lab.

The final is a short walk from the end of the Adventure Lab.
