Geocache Description:


This is a cache in Hoffman Park, Des Plaines.  It is my first hide!!!

When I started Geocaching, I immediately thought of placing a cache in this wonderful park here.  I was pretty surprised that no cache has been placed in this area, so I finally decided it was time to place one here for all the cachers living in this area smiley.

Hoffman Park is a great park to go to to have picnics, relax under the pavilion, play catch or frisbee, and use it as a dog park!  

Although it may seem like a plain park, it is not to be underestimated.   I very kindly ask you to be careful with the log and try to not get it wet(Really rainy down here). Also, screw the cap COMPLETELY on before leaving. Thank you for being a responsible Geocacher!
