Although he doesn't log his finds yet, 10 year old caching_clayton is coming up on his 500th find and he wanted to do something special to celebrate, so we decided to have a little event to celebrate. Come out and join us as we celebrate a very fun 10 year old's love of caching! We'll meet at Panera in Oakmont from 11:30 to 12:30 on Sunday Dec 29.
I am also planning to hide a tribute cache for his 500th find in nearby Penn Hills Community Park. Since I regularly receive logs and messages from several of you telling me how you've spent over an hour (or multiple hours, or days!) searching for caching_clayton's signature evil hides (I believe he's up to more than 20 hides that have been uniquely his), I have every intention of making his tribute cache a taste of his own medicine. I'm going to schedule it to be published at the end of the event. So weather permitting, anyone who wants to can go along and join him for the search and the find, as well as additional caching in Dark Hollow Woods.
