The Victorian seaside town of Clevedon has been used as the backdrop for a number of feature films, a One Direction pop video and three series of the ITV drama Broadchurch (2013 – 2017). Series One of Broadchurch was nominated for seven BAFTA awards. Olivia Colman won Best Actress, David Bradley won Best Supporting Actor, and the show was named Best Drama Series. The Radio Times named it the best television series of 2013.
This Multi takes you to five of the key Broadchurch filming Locations around the town. It would be possible to undertake the whole Multi on foot and there are some extremely attractive views across the Severn Estuary to reward you if you do! Alternatively, you may wish to re-locate after Locations 1 and/or 2.
On street parking can normally be found nearby at all Locations. However, some parts of the town are very busy in the summer, or on sunny weekends, so walking between Locations 2, 3, 4, 5 and the final cache location is recommended.
