Another addition to the rapidly extending War Memorial Cache Series by Just-Us-two.
Monument Description: Paved area surmounted by four-stepped base, plinth and obelisk. Incised inscription in black painted lettering on front face of the obelisk and sides of the plinth. Dedicated on 2nd December 1922 Attended by: Local Clergy/Dignitaries
Cache is NOT at the list co-ordinates but you will find that this is a very peaceful spot to stop and pay your respects to the Men of Backworth & West Holywell who gave their lives during the Great War. You will also find the required information which will allow you to identify the final cache location.
