Welcome to Yellow Springs!
Sometimes, you just see one of those spots that needs a hide. For years, I've admired this huge, old willow tree and felt that it needed a cache to call it home. I asked the tree - Gnarles Barkley, he goes by - what sort of cache to place, and it requested just a simple micro. Not one to argue with such a legend, I granted his wish and hung a camo bison on a low branch.
This one is nothing special, just an easy park & grab only a few feet from the car. There is a large pull-off with plenty of parking available at this intersection; the area is rather isolated, but please use stealth if others are in view. Take a moment to appreciate the beauty of this amazing tree and the nature that surrounds you. Photos are welcome. "Park at your own risk."
