There is nothing really special about this hide, except the location is very close to where I celebrated my 6000th find with an event (Brew's 6000th Brew) held on 18th December 2019. So join in the celebrations with a smiley. 
If you are coming to the event you may even get FTF. And I will have a prize for the FTF to take home if you attend the event.
It should be an easy find. Though there could be some working muggles nearby, so stealth is needed during the daytime. Best to try on a weekend if you don't want interrupted by muggles.
There is no room for swaps or TBs. BYO pen or pencil. Naturally, replace as found. Do some CITO if you can.
