Largo Oropa e' il centro nevralgico di Druento, Capolinea dell'unica linea che lo collega a Torino,(il 59) e luogo di passaggio obbligato per chi voglia raggiungere il Parco "LA Mandria" con i mezzi pubblici.
Non tutti sanno, che Largo Oropa, e' attraversato da un fiume interrato, il "Rio fellone" che lo attraversa per tutta la sua lunghezza, provenendo dal Corso Brero (lungo il quale si tiene il Mercato, due volte la settimana, il Mercoledi' ed il Sabato) e uscendo dal lato opposto, vicino al monumento agli Alpini.
Largo Oropa e' anche la sede della annuale festa del Paese la prima domenica di Ottobre, N.S. del Rosario.

Largo Oropa is the nerve center of Druento, the terminus of the only line that connects it to Turin, (59) and an obligatory place of passage for those wishing to reach the "LA Mandria" Park by public transport.
not everyone knows, that Largo Oropa, is crossed by an underground river, the "Rio fellone" that crosses it along its entire length,
coming from Corso Brero (along which the Market is held, twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday) and exiting from the opposite side, near the monument to the Alpini.Largo Oropa is also the site of the annual festival of the country on the first Sunday of October, N.S. of the Rosary.
