"Szivárvány" is apparently Hungarian for rainbow, but maybe more like "autumn-stronghold" according to my cheatsheet at https://www.zipcon.net/~swhite/docs/language/comparative/rainbow.html
This cache is a bit looser tie in to our rainbow series, with no on-site references, but the bit more tangential translation is very fitting:
- As a Midwesterner, our winter rains here in Silicon Valley feel MUCH more like autumn. Meanwhile, my wife also continues to try to teach me that the winter solstice is the start of the season, rather than the "midwinter" as I learned it, so hey, maybe it is still autumn on the day of placement, who knows? haha
- The "stronghold" portion is applicable, because - spoiler alert - the final GZ is near to the final GZ of my Sateenkaari (GC8GT1F) cache (still meeting the minimum distance rules!), but Sateenkaari quickly had a potential muggling instance, that turned up a bit later in the wrong place, so I improved its hiding placement. ...yet, research for it gave me idea for this stronghold cache :-)
The puzzle is also closely tied, but the synonym of autumn tells us it will "fall" a bit differently:
- Subtract the three digit number from the N coords.
- Add the next, age-related digit to the W coords.
- Finally, replace the last digit of the N coords with the number of times the age-related number appears in that line of the sign.
- Then head straight down to that end of this szivárvány 🌈
