Wife and I enjoy the caches on town welcome signs so we did one here large enough for a Travel Bug Hotel. It's fun and easy.
Few interesting facts about our little town:
Population of people - 6,000 (plus or minus)
Population of Fish passing through - over 2 million (plus or minus)
Name of our town is taken from the very first post office but that post office was named after the engineer who constructed the.....wait for it.....Sterling Highway. Mr. Hawley Sterling.
PS: The First to Find gets to pick up one of the few Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle TBs! Please note, it is the ONLY NinjaTravel Bug in the entire state of Alaksa! (well, it is the second one in AK. GeoFootstomper brought the first one just a week ago!)
